Filippo Cavallini is an Italian bass player most known for his works for the hard rock band Voodoo Highway.He also appears in other projects like Black Wings. ==Biography== Filippo starts playing bass at age 16 and founds Black Wings in 2005. With Black Wings he tours Italy several times with bands such as Vision Divine Circus Maximus, Seventh Wonder, Andre Matos and records two studio albums: Sacred Shiver (2008) and The Ivied Grimoire (never released). In 2010 he founds Voodoo Highway (band) and records with them one demo (This Is Rock n' Roll, Cocks!) and two studio albums: Broken Uncle's Inn (May 2011, Rock N Growl Records) and Voodoo Highway's Showdown (March 2013, Dust on the Tracks Records/Rock N Growl Records) After releasing Broken Uncle's Inn independently, Voodoo Highway signs a worldwide management deal with German-based label Rock N Growl Records, which release the album worldwide. Broken Uncle's Inn becomes soon a SOLD-OUT album. In 2012 Voodoo Highway (band) records their second LP, Showdown, with the well known producing team Dysfunction Productions and master it at Sterling Sound in New York with engineer Ue Nastasi. In April 2012 Filippo gets in contact with the multi-platinum major artist Storm Thorgerson (who has already worked for Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Muse, Black Sabbath and more) who will make the artwork for Voodoo Highway's new album.
